What A Difference

I got my bike back yesterday, I had it tuned up and got properly fitted to my bike and what a difference it made. I averaged three mph faster than I had ever been.  tomorrow i am going on a long ride and i will see if I just had a good day or if the changes to the bike made that much of a difference.

Hopping that taking the last two days off for this week ends climbing trip will give me the energy that I want to have to climb hard. We are going to the enchanted tower in New Mexico with some friend from the climbing gym. I feel kind of bad that i haven’t gone for a ride this week or gone to the gym to run or swim in preparation for the triathlon that i want to do but climbing comes first. and it will be a good to hang out with my wife and kids for three days. I can hardly wait.

its a good day

it has been a good day, i ran 4 miles, swam 2000 yards, and played basketball for almost two hours, and still felt like going for another run,but it will have to wait till to morrow. I can’t wait.

It is amazing how much eating better and exercising will do for the amount of energy you have. If I only would have know this early.
