had a good run, got in the pool and did a 1000 yards, would of done more but had to get simon from the day care. two hours of day care at the gym is not enough I need three so I can get the swim in that I want to do.

Strength Training - 2 hours - 11/09/2008

I normally put my climbing workouts in the category “other” but today I did a lot of bouldering  and campusing. ( campusing is basically climbing a ladder with your hands) Did five campus burn out, climb up then down then up  till I couldn’t do it any more. Did three v2 two v3 and worked av4. did all of the moves just couldn’t link it all together. so I am calling this workout a strength work out.

I took a couple of my cousins out climbing saturday did a couple of easy climbs then did some harder ones. at the end of  the day one of them was so sore that he was having problems opening a soda can. I didn’t push myself to hard, it was nice to just be out side.

I got invited to go mtb this morning. I forgot how much fun it is. all of the hills that I had problems before were no problem this time. and the other guy was trying to keep up with me, part of the time I was taking it easy and following him. I am thinking that i might have to enter a race this winter
